Who we are
ClyOps Group Limited (“ClyOps”, “we”, “us”) operates this site at quiz.clyops.com. We’re a UK studio building booking and reactivation systems for clinics. Contact: rajiv@clyops.com.
What this page covers
This page explains what data we collect when you use this funnel, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR. We’ve kept it short and direct on purpose. The final section sets out the terms of any public performance guarantee we make on the funnel.
Performance guarantee
Where we make a public performance claim — for example, the “10+ new client bookings a month, or we work for free” promise shown on the quiz funnel — the following terms apply. These terms are restated in the master services agreement signed before any engagement begins.
- What the claim covers. The 10+ booking target applies to new client bookings originated by the system we build for the clinic — website, booking flow, lead capture, ads management, and any GHL workflows we deploy. Existing walk-ins, repeat clients, referrals, and bookings that would have occurred without the system do not count toward the target.
- When the 90-day clock starts. The clock starts on the date the system goes fully live, defined as: the new site deployed to the clinic’s domain, all integrations active, paid ad campaigns running (where included in scope), and the clinic actively responding to inbound leads. Build-phase delays caused by the clinic do not bring the clock forward.
- The clinic’s side. The clinic must respond to inbound leads — form submissions, calls, WhatsApp messages, and booking inquiries — within 24 hours of receipt. Continued failure to respond suspends the clock for the period of inaction. Repeated non-response, after written notice from us, voids the guarantee.
- If the target isn’t met. If the system underperforms despite the clinic meeting its side, we continue building, optimising, and iterating on the system at no additional cost until 10+ new client bookings per month is consistently achieved over a 30-day rolling window. There is no fixed end date to this continued work other than the target being met.
- What “no additional cost” means. Our time, our deliverables, and the systems we build. It does not cover third-party costs the clinic incurs directly — Meta or Google ad spend, third-party software subscriptions, self-hosted infrastructure, payment processing fees, or anything paid by the clinic to a third party.
- Termination. Either party may terminate the engagement per the master services agreement. Termination by the clinic voids the guarantee — including any continued work in progress under clause 4. Termination by ClyOps does not void the guarantee for work already delivered.
- Disputes. If the clinic disputes whether a booking counts toward the target, or whether either side has met its obligations, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Bookings are evidenced by the system’s own records (GHL contact entries, calendar bookings, and tagged conversions).
- Governing law. These guarantee terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

What you give us
If you complete the quiz and submit the capture form, we store:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp number
- Your answers to the six quiz questions *(industry, outcome, frustration, monthly revenue band, urgency)*
We use this to match you to a relevant example, route you to the right type of call, and follow up with you about the service.
What we collect automatically
We use three tools to understand how visitors interact with this funnel:
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous session recordings and heatmaps. PII *(emails, phone numbers in form fields)* is masked by default.
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API — measures ad performance and helps Meta deliver our ads to people likely to be interested. Sends hashed contact details *(SHA-256)* to Meta to attribute ad performance. Cookies used:
_fbp,_fbc. - Vercel Analytics *(if enabled)* — first-party page-view counts. No personal data collected.
Where we store it
Quiz submissions are stored in GoHighLevel, our CRM, hosted in the United States. International transfers from the UK and EU are protected by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. A backup log is kept on Vercel’s European infrastructure for resilience only.
Meta receives hashed contact identifiers via the Conversions API for advertising attribution.
How long we keep it
- Quiz submissions — until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever is sooner
- Meta-related event data — per Meta’s retention rules *(typically 7 days for events, longer for hashed identifiers used in audience-building)*
- Clarity recordings — 90 days, then auto-deleted
- Email and WhatsApp follow-ups — until you opt out *(every email has an unsubscribe link)*
Your rights
Depending on your country of residence, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you *(subject access / right to know)*
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- Ask us to delete your data *(“right to be forgotten” / right to deletion)*
- Object to or restrict our use of your data for direct marketing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information *(California residents — we do not sell or share)*
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — see below
